Otter And Luka Reference

EDIT: Some weirdness was going on with his wings, so I fixed that.

Okay, so here's Otter, part of the Warhawks squadron - or used to be.  An unfortunate miscalculation made him miss the tail hook, crash into another F-18 and slid off into sea.  He was lucky to survive, but he went blind that day, unable to be fixed.  He was then assigned a seeing-eye-dog, seeing how impossibly insecure and hesitant he was, which is Luka down there.  He has a leash, which you can sort of see in the lower right hand corner, that allows him to reel in the leash or give slack.  He 'sees' where Luka is guiding him by feeling her turn to the right or left, or if he has to stop or slow down, the taught feeling of the leash against his wing.  He's extremely slow for an airplane, not ever really going too much faster than a jog in our world, because he's so insecure with himself, which is the only reason a therapy dog makes any sense to use for him.
